2000 Camaro Z28 Stripper
Of course: No power anything, Hardtop, Bolt Ons, Macs, ORY, Bullet dumped before the axle, 4l60e, and stock 16's.
Were looking to get the car to 2900-3000 w/o the driver. (I know its light )
TIA

My car with 17x11's on the rear and 17x9's on the front, 1/4 tank of gas and WITHOUT me in it weighs right at 3310lbs... I'm sure with some bogarts and minimal weight removal I could get it down to 3200 and then add another 180ish for me.

This is a good topic! I'm curious as to what mine weighs. It's a 99' Z28 1LE. It has no power anything; no traction control; no t-tops; Formtec composite rear winndshield; OEM 16x8" shaved GSC's;no backseat; no rear seat belts 4L60E auto tranny. It doesn't even have any cigarette lighters, just block off plates.

Cloth seats, power locks, power windows, bumper supports out F&R, no front sway bar, headers to 12" extensions with flowmaster single chambers, stock rear, no backseats, lightweight carpet, skinnies and slicks, no egr, no air, no power steering, stock k-member still, bmr boxed SFC's, stock hood, stock battery.
my car weighed 3200 even with my in it and i was about 175. so that's about 3025 with hardly any weight reduction. so figure 40lbs removed with the k-member, 10 lbs with the lightweight battery, 25 lbs with lightweight hood, lightweight racing seats, bogarts instead of pro stars, and some other little things, you could get it close to 3000lbs WITH atleast me driving it. it all depends on how far you wanna go. is there a limit that you'll set, or is the goal weight more important.

I have a 99 SS with a/c, hard top, auto, power window and locks and no traction control. I also have most of the bolt-ons and Borla cat back. Any rough guess on my cars weight?
