Default how to tell if i have an ls6 intake... with a twist

okay so i have a 2000 ws6 so i know i dont have an ls6 intake from the factory. i know i can look to see if i have the egr provision, but this is where the twist comes in. there is egr but im wondering if theres a way to tell if i have the slp ls6 intake with the egr provision? i ask this because the previous owner sold me the car with a lid, tb, maf. he also has a lot of other slp parts on the car (stb, sfc, ect) i find it odd that he would spend a lot of money on the car but not upgrade the one thing that holds our cars back the most. so is there any markings or other ways to distinguish if i have the SLP ls6 intake manifold? thanks

I would ID it the same way I would any other LS6 intake, part number or by looking at the bottom of the intake.

The EGR fitting on the SLP LS6 intake manifold is not the same as the fitting on the Stock LS1 intake manifold. The SLP manifold has a Brass type fitting on it. If needed, I can take a picture of the fitting on the SLP LS6 intake manifold. LMK.

It is worth the money. I picked up mine used in the classifieds for $275 shipped. Probably pick up 8hp, maybe 10hp between 4,000rpm and up when the air is really flowing. Good for about a 10th in the quarter mile.

That sure looks like SLP's LS6 Manifold to me.

Those are definitely the same brass fittings that they use to secure the EGR Tube to the top of the intake.
