LOL...I bought two more 4th Gens in the last week I havent posted pics of yet! A black 98 TA and a Pewter 99 Formula.

Right now I have 7 4th Gens (2 Formulas and 5 TAs including the parts car), a 3rd Gen Formula, and 1 2nd Gen TA (but I am going to look at a VERY nice 79 Trans Am SE tomorrow too.)

We also have my F350, her Mustang, our sons Z71, a 85 Chevy 4x4 and a Suzuki Samuri (offroad project!)

We are not car poor at all!!!

i guess i just dont find it surprising that there is another 4th gen SOM trans am on 505a's, yes they are pricy rims and its not the most common color but every stockish car has a twin somewhere, look at all the blue/silver/black/white cars on vette wheels or pro stars

Dude,You are missing a lot. Have you taken the time to look at all of the pics that robbie has of not just the SOM T/A but the others also . I myself have a SOM T/A ,I look at Robbie's car as a reference for what all other cars are judged.I urge you to look at all of the pics and if you get a chance to see his car in person you will realize how silly your comment sounds.

Your car looks extremely similar to the 2001 TA in Septembers GM High Tech Performance mag. At first glance I thought it was your car that was in the magazine but after a close look at the rims I realized I was wrong. The rims on the car in the magazine are Ruff Racing rims but look extremely similar to yours. Congrats on a beautiful car I have always loved that color.
