I want the kind that uses the seatbelt style buckle.

I hear from a buddy that Stroud is very good.

just keep your window rolled up, they probably won't say anything. (because in their heart they know you won't bust into the 10's)

RJS Trapezoid (Drag Ribbon) with mounting kit. Uses the buckle.

The Wolfe kit uses a fancy little "GM" seat belt buckle.
