I want the kind that uses the seatbelt style buckle.

just keep your window rolled up, they probably won't say anything. (because in their heart they know you won't bust into the 10's)

The Wolfe kit uses a fancy little "GM" seat belt buckle.

I ordered a 18x24 angled one with the GM style buckle from good old Butch at www.racecarsupply.com.
