Default Question about spyder wheels

Hey guys I wanna get a set of spyder wheels for my camaro but I have a quick question. i'm not very familiar with offsets so experts, please help me out...

the fronts are 18X9.5 +40mm offset
the backs are 19X12 +59mm offset

I have the pro-kit on my car and as far as the back is concerned, i have my fenders rolled with 17X11ZR-1's right now with no issues rubbing 315 DR's but i'll obviously run a smaller sidewall tire than my 17's with 19's but with that offset, that size of wheel, and being as low as my car is already, will they even fit?

I've seen F-bodies with them but they are all like stock height and my car sits a lot lower so any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

I know +59 offset isnt recomended for an F-body. Being lowered your going to have to run a tire with virtually no sidewall trying to get a 19" to fit. Im sure most ppl on here will advise you against a 19x12 with a vette offset.

I was just curious cause I've seen camaros on here with c6 zo6 wheels in 19X12 and I know the spyders are the same offset but those cars aren't lowered which makes it easier. thanks for the feedback! much appreciated!

i asked a few months ago and it appears OE Wheels will be making the Spyder rims in different sizes and offsets later this year or early next year. I am waiting for an 18x10.5.

I wouldn't get them in 17" for the front. From everything I've seen they look like crap in 17"s, granted I've only seen them on C5s. I have all 18"s on mine and they look great, besides the possible fitment issues you might have I would definitely recommend them, especially the dark gray

In a world full of ZR1s, C5Z, and C6Z(10 spoke originals) wheels they are an affordable breath of fresh air.

OP if you get the 19x12s your best tire option would be a 325/30 i believe it is. you can go with a 345/30 as well. in gm high tech they had an LT1 Camaro with stock ZO6 wheels and they fit with BFH/fender rolling

Well i have 17X11 ZR-1's on my car right now and i will never go thinner than a 10.5. But like mentioned above, there isn't any aftermarket spyders that are wide enough so that's why i was lookin into the OEM wheels. If I could do 18's all around with a 10.5 on the rear that would be perfect. I'm gonna do the CTS-V brake upgrade because i can get a screamin deal from a local guy, so I've read you need at least 18's to clear them. that's the whole reason i'm wheel shoppin now. I love the ZR1-s and they look great but I need the bigger brakes for how much I track my car and the brakes fade a lot faster than i would like. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a correct offset 18X10.5 I guess!
