Regarding the new race intercooler from one of the guys at ProCharger. "Inlet temps are dropped to ambient, no matter what application. Typically a 40-70 degree drop is seen at boost levels below 15psi. Above 15psi, it can drop the inlet temp by 70-150 degrees. And these numbers are compared to the standard i/c." Bob

An F-1A at 6-7 psi on a 427 with the race intercooler would be a combination. You'd pick up 160 to 200 rwhp, depending on your combination, elevation, etc. Thanks. Bob

No, I thought he was asking about installing a ProCharger on his now N/A combo. The change to the race intercooler will pick up horsepower, just how much is going to depend on how much boost you're putting through your system now, etc. Bob

Very, very long story. Back in December everything looked pretty bleak. Brent had a great job offer from Lingenfelters back in December to do their tuning. He had been with us since 2003 and replacing him wasn't going to be easy. My neck was killing me as I had a ruptured disc in my neck, and my wife has a bad thyroid condition. The economy outlook looked pathetic and I was worn out from working 70 to 80 hours a week for the last eight years as the manager of Exotic Performance Plus. Bob
