How big can I go ?
#3
Have the 17s now was wanting a little bit of a rise to give it a stance, my 17 315 rub on fast curves . Think an added inch in the height would mean going to a 295 or so to keep the rubbing down ?

Hey:
TAs' have a little more room in the rear than Camaros, almost an inch in width. Most wider and taller tires rub on the rear inside above the spring mount, a little BFH (may or may not be needed, depends on off set of rim and backspacing)or spacer with ARP 2 1/2" studs from like Jegs, would be the most you would need besides an adj LCAs and adj PHB if lowered at all, to center it all up. Also an one inch adaptor may be able to be used to get the exact spacing for no rubs, instead of the spacer. A little measuring and trial an error fitting will go a long ways here. Going from a 35 series tire to 40 series does just about the same as going from 17 -18 wheels for under chassis clearance. Good Luck.
