Default Evap Elbow

This rubber elbow on my evap purge line is cracking and just about shot:

I don't think the entire part is available from GM any longer (#10105324) I have another rubber elbow, but it's the same size as the plastic tube on both ends. Does anyone have an easy solution, or a source/link for an elbow to replace this? It would be nice to find something silicone so it would never go bad. Thanks!

I found 2 vendors online that look like they carry it still. Google 10105324 and see what you come up with.

Also, enough people have deleted the EVAP system that I'm sure you can find someone selling one in good condition.

not that i really want to admit that i did this becuase its the biggest cob job ever. but i ran into your problem as well.

i took an elbo like the one you mentioned thats the same size on both end. how ever on the one side with the tube you need it to be a smaller diameter. i picked up a piece of hose that would slide over the tube. then i took that hose and pushed it into the elbo which was a nice snug fit and then pushed that tube into the hose and it all fit together perfectly. if you want some pics i can take some in the morning and post then.

First site I found stated 'in stock' so I called them - They said they would simply contact a dealership, so I informed them it was discontinued. Next place had the ability to do a parts-search themselves, maybe to locations which house NOS parts? Amazingly enough, they said one was available! So, I ordered it - $10+Ship. For anyone else that wants an OEM one, send me a PM & I'll send you the site info. We'll see if it actually arrives...

I thought of doing something similar with a plastic elbow and two small pieces of hose the proper size. Since mine isn't quite destroyed yet (it's gonna start leaking any day now), I'll just wait until the new one I found arrives. (or I guess it would be NOS at this point). Thanks

I just ran down to Advanced and looked for a vacuum line that would fit the smaller diameter and forced it onto the wider opening for the TB. I believe it was $3 or so.

Has it lasted? I can imagine that the forced end would crack prematurely...

Old thread I know but...

I found a direct replacement at napa for the 10105324 EVAP connector, napa's part number is 715-1363.

Edit, never mind the napa connector does not work after all. It fits on the tb side but not on the solenoid side.

This is the elbow from the TB to the solenoid correct?

If so I just finished deleting my EVAP solenoid last weekend. Might still have it laying around. You can have it if you pay for shipping if I still have it.

Yup use a standard 90* spark plug boot. Works great.
