I go to start my car this morning, the first thing i notice before i even put the key in is the "security" light is illuminated on the dash. I then go to start it, ignition turns on, but the starter is locked out i guess due to anti theft reasons. I disconected the battery to reset the system and no more security light since then. What couldve triggered this? It did rain last night, not sure if that had something to do with it. Car started no problem rest of the day.
