This is straight from TFS >>>>Airflow Chart for GenX Fast As Cast Cylinder Heads
Lift Value Intake Flow CFM Exhaust Flow CFM
0.100" 67 47
0.200" 133 104
0.300" 211 167
0.400" 261 202
0.500" 292 222
0.550" 299 229
0.600" 305 233
Tests conducted at 28" of water (pressure);
CNC profiled chambers; exhaust with 1 7⁄8" pipe.

From AFR's website
0.200 140 112
0.300 200 170
0.400 251 203
0.500 281 220
0.550 292 226
0.600 298 230
Tests conducted at 28" of water (pressure);
CNC chambers; exhaust with 1
7⁄8" pipe

Both GREAT heads and you can't go wrong with either one. I have the TFS "as cast" that Brian Tooley (TEA) worked and they break 320 250 at .600 Remember you need to buy aftermarket rockers or shim the stockers .090-.100 on the TFS heads. Shane at Thunder sells a shim kit for the stockers.....

Thanks for that info. I would love to find a nice used set of either of those heads. Know anyone who has some?

Are the as cast rough non ported heads? If so,i would go with the AFR 205 heads. As you stated look around for a used set of afr or tfs 215 heads and just add new springs to freahen them up.

Flow sheet below....

My worked 220's were only about 1cfm off (intake) the cnc 215's on TEA's bench. They were recently flowed by another shop and broke 320 so they are very close.....

As I said earlier AFR or TFS and you cannot go wrong.......
