Default Open headers?

I took my Z28 and had a shop install long tubes and a o/r y-pipe, but their welder messed up and they cant connect it back to my catback. Its about 100 miles from my house. Will I be OK running it with open headers till I get to my house and can weld it up? Thanks

i ran my car for week to and from work with open headers....you should be fine....some people have problems with the O2 sensors going bad....but you should be alright...the worst that will happen is you will have to replace an O2 sensor...

Run it with the Y attached.

I run my car with an open Y since I don't want to pay some retard $100 just to do a quick weld.

It sounds amazing and it's not that loud at all.

Alright, thanks guys I have it running through the y-pipe as of now. I got it home and am going to put it together tomorrow. I was just making sure it wouldn't hurt my engine getting it home, Thanks for the help!
