My passenger side header is knocking, or something knocking on passenger side when im just first turn on the car, and when I put on first gear, the passenger side is making knocking noise. look like the header hitting some thing. I never have a change to tight the header, because I dont know how. any tip on tighting the header from the head ?

sounds like bad motor mounts mine would always hit the bottom of the car when i hit the gas. COme to fine out the engine was rocking since the headers are longtubes and attached it will move whatever direction the block rocks and hit what ever is in the way which would be the bottom of the car.

You know what, I was just tight the bolt, and I already tight, and bad motor mount just pop on top of my head, and about making a new topic about, " how to tell if I have bad motor mount ", how can I tell if motor mount is bad, and where I can buy stock replacement, I want it smooth hehe, should I replace both or just 1 ?

I would do both. I have an extra of this one ( http://www.amazon.com/Energy-Suspens.../dp/B000CN74PE ) if you want to buy it from me. The other one you would need is this one to do both http://www.amazon.com/Energy-Suspens.../dp/B000CNAXQ6

My pacesetter made a knocking sound too, I found out the passenger side header was touching part of the bell housing of the transmission. You could check that if u get ur car jacked up. To fix that i just grinded part of the ear thing off the tranny so it wouldn't touch, but i had my transmission out to put my stall converter in.

I call all the part store, and asking for motor mount, they all over 114 dollar each, and the link above show part only 26 dollar each. I ask one of the advance auto part, he say I have to replace the whole thing, not just the rubber part. is this correct. how hard is to replace just the rubber part of the motor mount ? thanks btw left and right use the same rubber part # right ?

You take out the motor mount shells (or buy some used shells from me ) then you drill out the rivets and peel the shells apart. Remove the rubber pieces, and replace them with the polyurethane inserts. Then you put them back together with the hardware that is given to you with the insert, and put them in the car.

Left and right use 2 different part numbers. Hence the two links above.
