ignition on no fuel pumps working. the batery has been disconected for at least 5 months while building engine. ls2 cpu. when acc on the fuel pumps are not working, but if i take out the fuel relay and conect the positive terminal, the fuel system works.I have synced a new key thinking it would help but didnt. i have checked all the earth points but they are all conected,all dorrs lock and unlock with key, have used a new battery,any thoughts would be help full .

no , i had everything working fine before. it seems to me that the pcm is not sending signal for pumps to work , when ign on. it must be from pcm to fuel relay signal or something. one thing i did change was the crank angle sensor plug , it had a brocken clip so i changed it with the ls1 plug one which is a little different but the pins seem to engage.
