Default questions regarding vats and bcm.

my question is, if i have vats deleted off the pcm, can i run a different bcm in order to fix bcm problems that i'm having with the car without it affecting anything from functioning?

The engine will run good even with no BCM as long as VATS is disabled and all electric circuits are in place.

well i'm having all kinds of issues with my bcm module, vats is disable on my pcm tune, so i was thinking i could just get another bcm from a junk yard, and hope for it being in better working condition that my current one. so with what you said, this will work?

If the BCM is for the same vehicle and works good, you will be ok. You only need to marry your keys to the new BCM to re-enable VATS
