Default Any head work needed for turbos - LS6

I have a '05 CTS-V... I'm putting a couple big turbos in the back.

I'm going to have the motor out and apart in a few weeks for forged pistons and rods, I was just wondering if I needed to do any work on the heads at all (springs, etc). I'll be running stock LS6 cam and heads and the 80k mile engine hasn't been opened up to my knowledge. The heads are going to be cleaned up at the machine shop, but I don't think I'll be doing anything extreme.

Will I be ok with stock valvesprings/retainers/pushrods/lifters with 10lbs+ at stock redline?

Stock Head bolts will be fine... I would put some good valve springs in it and get some decent push rods. My stock ones didnt last long and wiped a cam out.

i think i would upgrade the springs and pushrods anyway. its an rpm thing. you wont have to worry about valve float, bending pushrods, or possibly boost ever pushing open valves due to being weak. better safe than sorry. not to mention its a cheap upgrade, for good peace of mind.
