10 Second Club - Just went 10.44@128.8 w/1.48 60' in a SIX SPEED!

Hellllllllllllll Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh, my goal is DONE! It only took me two years to do it. I'm now the fastest six speed lsx car in MN now. I'm also the fastest lsx car in MN by only two hundreds. :)

This is a full weight street car. It weights in a 3,800lbs. with me and 1/4 tank of fuel.

The mods:

-LS2 402 (March 09' car made 522hp 500tq, May 10' 476hp 454tq)
-UMI suspension, torque arm, panhard bar, lower control arms, relocation brackets AND THERE BADASS DRAG BAR FTMFW
-I have stock shocks and springs on the car still they have 64,000 miles on them.
-The car has been driven to Cumming GA twice now to have the crew at vengeance tune it.
-N20 outlet nitrous kit. Its a 90mm plate w/200 piles in it.

My previous best time before I add the drag bar and the relocation brackets was 11.49@128.8 mph w/1.88 60'. I did a few N/A runs yesterday with the new drag bar and brackets and the car went 11.49@122 N/A w/1.6x 60'. Once I knew this I knew that that day was going to be fucking badass.

After I added the drag bar and the brackets the car went 10.44@128.8 w/1.48 60' w/200 shot spraying out of the hole. BTW it went 9.0 on the spray (took my nano off so I had to rejet the plate). Not bad at all then I backed that run up with a 10.58@132.6 mph w/1.54 60' (I bogged the car pretty bad :cry:), and the afr on this one w/31 fuel jet was 11.0 then went to 10.5 still pig ass rich.

So all in all I was a happy camper.

I just wanted to say thanks to the crew at Vengeance's for being badass at what they do. Your guys tunes are badass. UMI for having badass suspension products and your new drag bar is badass. And N20 outlet for have the greatest 90mm plate system out on the market. These are the only guys that will get my money.

Thanks Mike and I fixed that for ya! :lol: Hell I picked up 32 mph with putting a smaller fuel jet in the car but didn't ran any faster.

What am I missing? 402 goes 11.49 N/A and and 10.4 on a 200 hit? Shouldn't it be in the 10's N/A and 9's on a 200?

I only have a 400 RWHP 346 and do the same N/A with same weight. Just curious

Yeah it should be but my motor is shot I have low comp. in like 3 cylinders (rings are wash out of it from eating a quart of oil on a road course). Oh no I see what your saying I gotta get the fix and maybe next season be in the 9's. Thanks man.

Oh I didn't know she had some Gremlins. Maybe over the Winter freshen it up and really do some damage.

Hey Kurt thanks man! Those aint bad times :devil: at all what is done with your suspension? 1.8's aint bad. I wish I was able to make it out there last weekend but had other things on my plate. I will be hitting the track two more times this year. In two weeks Im going to the porky's shootout which is in Iowa Cedar Falls on Sunday and Im driving the car down to STL and going to the LSX shootout in Oct 7th thru the 10th. Now this is pending on my new transmission and clutch getting here when they should. :eek2:

Fastest until next year! just ordered a m9 for my ws6. goona have a nice 427 in there with a 6spd. 315s in the rear and all the goodies to get the power to the pavement. ill have to hit the dragstrip up in brainard when I finish the car next spring/summer.

I just bought the car. I bought it for my fiancee and she gets to pick the "pretty stuff". and im doing all the performance and chassi upgrades. all it has now is edlebrock shortys and 3.73s(rear end is going) and nitto 555(315 series in back) with an auto , but I just placed an order for a moser 9" with wave track differential and 35 spline axles. going to build a 427 lsx this winter and have it backed by a built t-56. should be rolling with the new setup by spring/early summer.

Im from Winona MN, we will see if I can get into the 10s on motor, and maybe a low 10 high 9 with a little go go juice!
