instructions on replacing transmission rear seal?

instructions on replacing transmission rear seal? I am about to go through a clutch replaement, and I can't seem to find any kind of info about the replacement of the rear seal by where the driveshaft bolts on. I looked at pics from install university, and it seems that its not very straightforward. Does anyone have any help they can provide, or instructions?
