LS1 and Tranny into '70 pick-up truck -Questions Me and my uncle are looking into installing an LS1 and 4L60E into an early 70's Chevy truck. We are still in the early phases of this project and could use some direction.
Please excuse my ignorance here but...
What do I do about the wiring.? Can I purchase a wiring harness or use the factory wiring harness and computer from the donor car.?
Is it worth messing with or paying someone to wire up the motor and transmission and getting it running.? What would cost look like.?
