Default Valve springs to go with?

In the mix of doing a custom grind cam 224/228 .600/.600 and I need suggestions on a good choice spring to go with. Sticking with the stock rockers if that makes any difference in choice.

Thanks

For a beehive spring I'd go with the PAC 1518's, or for a dual I'd say the PRC .650" lift spring kit.

Id go with Comp 918s. I use them on everything I built that doesnt need a dual spring, and this one doesnt.

I got the PAC 1218 springs since my cam is under .600 lift. But I'd go with the PAC 1518's since it's rated to .650, or Patriot or PRC duals

Thanks guys! What are your thoughts about doing a high pressure/volume oil pump during the cam swap? My car just hit 30K and I've got plenty of oil pumping from what the tac reads...lol So much to where my friends have questioned if it was too high. I kinda thought I would be ok because of the low miles and because I'm not doing heads. I am putting on a FAST 90 during the swap.

I hear that Pac 1218s are much quieter than Comp 918s. Would that be the case with 1518s as well?

On my VRx4 cam its 228/230 and .58x/.58x lift or so and ran the newer Comp Cam 918's Never an issue.

BUT after now going on 3 years and maybe 8k, as a matter of matience I will be swapping them out for either a dual or another beehive, (probably Pac) and I wanted to see how much pressure has degraded.

You should hear it when we do Spintron testing! There is no combustion, at all, happening...yet it can be VERY loud from just the sounds of the valvetrain (and a bit from the machine of course)!

Yeah, but most of the sound is from the valves hitting the seats. Listen to a stock cam on the spintron vs a cam with an aggressive ramp.
