Default Low idle after LT1 rebuild help

What' sup guys so i just got my 95 impala ss back from the shop and had it rebuilt, car drives and runs great so far but for some reason over the last couple of days it has started to have a really low, idle like i would crank it up then pull out of the drive way and get to a stop sign and it seems to want to cut off, and it actually did one time. the tune is the same on the car, i had it dyno tuned just the bottom end rebuilt. I went over the car a noticed a sparkplug was loose on the number 1 cylinder i could turn it with my hand, so i adjusted it and told my builder and he said to adjust the throttle body blades. I did a couple of half turns and it seems to be fine, but it idles too high not like it was before the rebuild . I'm just wondering that if it ran fine at ilde before the rebuld how could it seem to want to idle soo low afterward. The throttle body wasen't touched, so i'm not sure any ideas thanks.

Adjusting the throttle stop screw won't fix your idle. You need to monitor your IAC counts with a scanner. You can also try resetting the IAC and see if that helps:
