Default What spark plug is best?

The passenger side plugs are too hard for me to do at home so I took my car in to a shop to get my spark plugs done. I bought some NGK TR55's myself and just asked the mechanic if he could install them for me. I left my car and went home and he called an hour later and told me that he recommends the ac delco plugs over the ngk, just a better longer lasting plug he said but i said to just put in the ngk's. I've searched around here and on ltxtech and it seems most people prefer the ngk thats why I bought them.I trust the mechanics opinion he is good and has been at it for quite awhile and has always done work on my parents vehicles the only thing is that he is more of a ford than chevy guy.
I'm just wondering what you all think? AC Delco Or NGK? Which is better?

Won't be a noticeable difference. I used to run NGK TR55's then switched to Autolite 106's (the Autolites seemed to last a bit longer, but I wouldn't conclude that one is better than the other). Currently I am running Autolite 103's since the car sees a small shot of nitrous here and there.

I've run both the NGK TR55's and AC Delcos over the years in my LT1's and they are both good plugs. I personally prefer the TR55's gapped at .050" on a bolt-on car.
