Arp pro series rod bolts in 5.3 As title states, I have a 2003 5.3 and I want to install ARP pro series Rod bolts. Do I need to pull the little sleeves out of the rod cap or can they be left in. Just wondering what will happen if we dont pull them?

Hi , thanks for the info about the sleevs because i am getting ready to put arp bolts on my SC 4.8 , have a question did you change your rod bolts on your 5.3 and if so did you use arp rod bolts and did you resize or just bolt them there to spec , i ask because i am stuck on this because i want to install them from the bottom of my truck so i will not be able to resize , thanks Eric
