Default Trouble with PCM

Hi guys,
I hope someone can help me with a very strange problem.
My build is only missing a tune.
Trouble is, the shop that is trying to remap my PCM are telling me that it wont accept a full tune (a modified map) in one go.
They are having to program the PCM by adjusting one section at a time. This is obviously time consuming for them, and a bit worrying for me.
They are using my JET DST tuning kit.
I have tried a couple of email tunes (one would not go in, the other was not satisfactory).
Any help or advice would be appreciated. TIA.....

Buy software like HPTuner's or EFI Live and DIY, or use the software to work with a remote tuner that you DO have confidence in.
