ECM differences What's the difference between a 99-00 and the 01-02 ECMs? Can you easily converter a 99-00 harness to work with the 01-02 harness?
Can an 02 ECM be upgraded to control a 4L80E?

99-02 PCMs are interchangable. There are a few minor differences inside and in the programming, but the pinouts are identical and can be swapped without consequence
97-98s do not interchange, nor the newer blue/green PCMs
