Default Bank 2 Sensor 1
so I am getting 2 codes for Bank 2 sensor 1, low voltage and no response. Which o2 sensor is this?

also how do i got about fixing this, replace the o2 sensor? I've already checked all the connections on the front 2 sensors and they are all snapped good.

B2S1 is the passenger side front. You could swap the two front sensors and see if it moves to B1S1, or just replace the B2S1 sensor.
