Default Would this require a re-tune?

I had my car tuned for long tubes not to long ago. I have since picked up a set of 243 heads and an ls6 intake. Would a re-tune be necessary or could i hold off for a while?

You'll be running a bit leaner now from the heads/intake's added airflow. I say cam that biotch, then get a re-tune.

im with both the previos posters..however my tuner will retune my car for half price after the initial tune. if your tuner does that then i suggest getting car tuned...goodluck..

^^my tuner does the same. he offers re-tunes for way less than the initial. if its not ridiculously expensive for the re-tune id say go for it.

anytime you change the efficiency of your engine you should get a retune. and those heads an intake will make a big change in your power output. i say tune it, if your not planning any other mods for a while.
