Default Help a poor guy out

I have an LT1, unlike all you rich people with LS1s, and I was wondering if NOS is even feasible for my car. Engine is stock but babied by the people who owned it before me because its a 1993 with 43k miles on it. I have SLP headers, Magnaflow cat back, SLP cold air and a bored 53.5mm throttle body. Do you think I need some other stuff before I take the step? Im pretty set on the wet system, and just need to know if my old iron block can handle a shot of the stuff.

Thanks,
John

Have you considered swapping cams instead? It will probably cost you less in the long run and if later on you decided to add some Juice your cam will only help you.

I have, but I would also like to pass smog, NOS is easier to remove than cams.
