what is the proper way to instal valve seals?

they sell this tool http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/80596/10002/-1 or you can use a deep socket same size as the seal OD!! just press down on the seal and just tap it a little if you don't think is all the way down if you tap it too much or hard it will damage the seal

dont forget that there are different seals for the intake and exhaust valves...
exhaust valve seals are made to handle more heat.

There is a Kent Moore tool you can get. I used a 10mm deep socket and tapped with a hammer and it was chewing up the little spring. Switched to a 12mm and it worked perfect! Just listen when you tap, you can hear when it bottoms out. on the valve.

Per the manual, after installation there is a measurement you take to ensure it is fully seated.

Are these one piece seat/seal or just seals?

are the seals suppose to sit flush on the seat? i have prc seats?
