do i need to replace the cap and rotor? i got a new opti on the way and i was wondering if when the new opti gets replaced does the cap and rotor need to be replaced too? its a non vented opti on a 94 firebird

You can actually buy the two separate pieces, but most are sold together. If you only bought the opti, and not the whole thing, I would get an MSD cap and rotor. You're already in there, why not.
It comes completely assembled.
