Default Idle surging (cold/hot/etc) take a look at my efilive log jpg

This is about 4 hours cooldown, start 1 failed, start 2 with some gas got it to idle, but notice the waving rpms. Whatcha think about the IAC?

I suggest that you have a vacuum leak.

I dont know anything about the EVAP system. I am talking about an old fashion vacuum leak around the intake manifold. Nearly everytime that the idle surges, it is due to air getting into the combustion chamber which was not measured by the MAF sensor.

What changes, mods, or adjustments have you done since the engine idled smoothly???? It could be something you did and you think it was trivial. Also, start the engine and check under the hood for a hiss or sucking sound.

Try adding some timing like 2* to the 400-1000 rpm range .08 to .32 g/sec

My EVAP test also takes forever to complete. Maybe its the cold weather for the past few months...
The EVAP canister is located right by the gas tank in my truck. There is also a small canister thingy on the intake manifold that I believe is the vacuum source for the EVAP system.
