Went to the track today 8/22/2010
Well first of all I have to say that I had a cutout installed which sounds way better and I will get a vid of it later on here to show the difference. Secondly I put some front runners on the car to lighten up the front end and try to make it faster. I kept the 17s on back, drag radial of course and hit the track.
226/234 cam, stock longblock, stock 4l60e with 36oo stall, 3.73 gear, 17" wheesl with 315 NITTO drags on back with greg welds skinny up front (for today only)
Lt, full exhaust, lcas, tq arm, panhard bar, kybs AGX shocks all 4 corners THats it
MY WIfe drove her car and she is getting way better at staging and burnouts
1st pass after a 1hr 45min drive and a 1 hr wait
with major tire spin and 19.5psi
2.11 60 ft
12.77 @ 111.07
2nd pass still with spin at 18.5psi
2.07 60 ft
12.559 @ 111.12
3rd pass 17.5psi
1.86 60ft
12.48 @ 111.13
4th pass, hooked well but not the best 17psi
1.81 60ft
12.34 @ 110.61
5th pass 16psi
1.77 60ft
12.32 @ 111.10
Its about 78* on that last pass but I was expecting a bit more from it considering I put on skinnies and a cutout. Well it sounded A LOT better than stock I guess and looked cool with the greg welds
It ran the same before without skinnies
heres atleast 1 run to see the car

good to see how it runs. I am going to be running a LE cam that i came up with, a 226/234 565/565 on 111lsa. I was going to get the 228/236 592/592 on 110 but I wanted to tame it down just a tad so thats how i came out with what i ordered.

An m6 wil make more power than a auto, aslong as you can hook you will definately be faster even if you had the exact same combo. NExt, 7 cubes do make a difference, you can get up to 20 hp total from just that build + im sure you engine has very low miles if any. COmpared to the 100k on his motor. If your car dont run close to 11s or in the 11s Id burn that car IMO
