I have no experience with two of the three you listed, but i put QTP LT's in my 99 when i had it and they were great. I was told they were a more budget friendly version of the Kooks brand so i would go hands down w/ kooks if you have the $$$.

using Kooks here also...headers and y-pipe are stainless, and headers are jet hot coated inside and out.

You have a winner with any of the five listed here, since they are all stainless.
I have owned both Kooks previously and LPPs currently. They are both very good headers. The biggest difference I have seen is the LPPs are made from 321 stainless, are polished, and cheaper priced. The Kooks have more options for the headers and Y, and can be purchased fully emission compliant with a catted y, which is a big deal if you need this. It really comes down to what size is the motor you going to build, and what are its flow needs. If you going to build a big stroker motor with no emissions choose a set of headers that support a 4" mufflex system or go dumped. If you are on a budget, the LPPs with LPP Tru duals are a possibility. But they fit & tuck tight so be prepared for some modding to your car if it has been run hard to get the clearance needed. The LPPs may not be for everybody but look very good, fit tight, and priced right. They are made from a higher grade 321 stainless, but may not slip in as easy as the others do. If you don't mind the work that may be needed on your car to install them they are a deal. If you want a simple drop in and fits header you may want to look else where, even though some people have been able to do this with LPPs, others have not. Good Luck with what ever headers you choose.
