Gen 5 Camaro Tuning, Diagnostics, Dyno results - Which Tuner ?????

Looking to get into the tuning world. Wondering which is better and why.... EFI live or HP Tuners ? Also how does it work... buy there program and cables.. install it on a lap top and buy single uses for each vehicle i do ? Or is there a dedicated tool you have to buy from them that hooks to the vehicle ? Maybe a lot of dumb questions but any help would be appreciated.

Find a shop that sells the software you like, buy it from them and pay them to help you learn to tune. Being aligned with a reputable tuner that you can bounce ideas off of will save you weeks and months of making mistakes. Don't go it alone.
