Default Anyone fitting 24" or 30" Sweet Thunder or similar mufflers?

I'm looking to go true duals with a custom X-pipe at a local exhaust shop, I was wondering if anyone has fit the 24" or 30" Sweet Thunder (or similar bullet/chambered style muffler) under their car? I'm looking for pics and suggestions if possible. I'd like to run the longer mufflers to "tone" the exhaust more, if possible.

Thanks for pics, how do you like under axle pipes? I'd have some kind of flange there if it was me. I''m gonna have a shop run over the axle. I'm hoping I can fit at least the 24" muffler in there somewhere. I believe I will by looking at your pics

mine never had an issue, my rear was solid then and it's damn good now. but now i'm running a stock catback to keep down the noise lol here in cali cops don't like loud things except harleys. with over the axle you'll lose tone and you might lose some top end power because under the axle is straight out but over the axle the pipes slow down the air gettin out.

Not worried about 1-3HP here and there to get the more refined sound.. I run a cutout now and it sounds too rough. Over the axle duals will give me the sound I'm lookin for.

Love it! can't wait to have some on my car. Tryin to decide to spend money on the exhaust or clutch first...

I have LPP headers and x-pipe, and I bought 30" sweet thunders. I just pulled the LPP mufflers off and put the sweet thunders in place. They fit, but one was touching the axle. All I would have to do to make them fit properly is to cut off some of the pipe after the X crossover, but instead, I put my LPP resonators back on. I don't know what they are, they're just some sort of glass pack muffler LPP designed, but they sound sooo good, and I prefer them very much to the sweet thunders, so my exhaust is staying exactly the way it is.
