Dont think that cam is really optimal for 7200 rpm nor for a low compression 5.3.. Really couldn't give you a good guess, 285-300rwhp maybe.. And would suspect that it'd be sluggish in the low and midrange power.

Those are pretty close specs to the old first edition torquer cam from texas speed...in a LS1 with LS6 intake, headers, cutouts, and all the free mods my car made 411 rwhp but in a 5.3 with low compression you will not be any place close to that.

id be happy with 300rwhp. low end power is not a concern as it will be strictly a track car

Thats at the crank depending on the drivetrain you would be looking at 330 to350 at the wheels with the setup they used.

You will be in the 330-350 RWHP range the numbers in the article that you referred too are at the crank (flywheel) not the rear wheels there is a big difference in those two numbers ... when I said I made 411 HP I was referreing to rear wheel HP not flywheel HP...you will find that when people talk about horse power and torque being produced that they are referring to what is produced at the rear wheels.

330 rwhp is not bad at all. That would put me at 660rwhp at around 16 psi. That would make for a fast car
