Multimedia Exchange - Taste of my upcoming film...[American Thunder]

Here is a teaser/introduction to my upcoming film "American Thunder." You'll see a lot of bay area racing videos in there, it's just a video for fun and to support LSX. I don't have BAR vids in the credits nor any other source yet because it's the introduction portion. But credit will definitely be given once the film is finished, just wanted to state that. Again hope no one minds that, it's just a short film created for fun.

are you the guy that originally shot the 2010 camaro clips in the trailer or did you get the hd footage from him? I've seen those around youtube. nice shots.

It sounds like it's biased in favor of LSX cars, but the video quality looks good for the most part.

No that's not my car at all, and for the other guy asking that's not my footage (drag racing), that's bayarearacing and I have no idea what he uses. I'm just fooling around with my new plugins and software haha. Yeah Wreck I got them from youtube. I love video copilot comes in handy at times when I decide to be a little lazy. :)

As for the other software question. I used Sony Vegas 9 and CS3 After Effects together. Most of the special effects, intro, ending etc.. is all After Effects. I render the final clips in Vegas those.

I have a few of my own shots in the video though, the opening scene with tire marks, the walk around burn out and the last fly by was my doing. And I shot those with my Sony DCR SR60, nothing too special. I plan to step up to an HD Camcorder soon enough when I start making my own recorded films.

video copilot, is that a video capturing software? i've been fooling around with a few but havent been able to find a decent one.

One word: EPIC! Can't wait for this to become a full video! Great work!

As long as I can find higher film quality they will. There's no discrimination, it's just that I'm sticking with HD videos and LSX happens to be the majority.
