Default Ideas on new trans for 99z

The tranny is shot on my 99Z28. Mods are in sig below. I am thinking about a Performabuilt trans lev 1, with a 2000 stall. This car is a daily/street driven car, seeing no track time. Hope to have head/cam in the future but no time soon. Anyone have any tips or suggestions with this selection before I order?

TIA

Steer clear of Performabuilt Transmissions...

But I would go with a 3600 stall.

Take a look at our level 3 FLT 4l60E. I feel it is better transmission than most offer on the market with many new parts installed over our competition. Make sure when you shop around that the builder is actually installing new parts. Such as electronics, separator plates, bushings, clutches and so on. You will find that many build sheets consist of a story not an actual list. Please take the time to look over what we have to offer. As I mentioned above the level 3 from us would be an excellent choice and we can help you with a stockish converter as well. www.finishlinetrans.com or give us a call when you have some time. 1-630-350-7776 Vince
