Bad idea.

t-5s can barely handle a 305's torque. Used about 5 t-5s behind a mild 350 (300ish fwhp) in an s10 before we saw the light and slapped in a t400. If your on a budget just get a 4l60e. Could be wrong but I don't think the t5 will bolt up to an lsx easily.

T5s came in different ratings. If your old engine was a V8 at least it might have a chance of holding up. If it was a V6, forget it. Even better if it's a world class T5.
The bell housing wont fit an LS1 clutch, you'll need an aftermarket one. Check with Keisler or other aftermarket bell housing manufacturers for a canted one that will fit the LS1 clutch/flywheel.

As far as I know, T5s never came behind a 350 stock because of their torque limits. Do some research and find out if yours is a world class one.
The camaro T5s came with basically a 158 tooth style bell housing that was canted 15 degrees to provide the correct shifter location.
This bell housing wont fit the LS1 flywheel/clutch. You'll need a 168 tooth "621" style housing. Check with Keisler on a bell housing. Not sure if you can get a canted one.
If you've got a V8 T5, it should have a 26 spline input that will work with the LS1 clutch.
The LS7 pilot bearing should work.
I would suggest looking for a hydraulic throwout bearing that would work with your master cylinder.
