I just bought a set of C5 Z06 wheels. I am thinking of painting them matte black with a white tuner stripe. I have a 01 White TA. Input on the white stripe???

what are your thoughts on them being matte black on a white trans am. I am wanting to find matte black ram air stripes with MAYBE a red outlined pinstripe for the hood stripes. Just trying to match and get opinions before doing so.

I think the black wheels with a white pinstripe might look good. I think all black is kind of boring. I did a red inlay on the groove in the center cap on my SS wheels when I painted them, just to add a little bit to them.

Thats what Im thinking. I think i will put the white stripe on with one of the cheap vinyl decal kits. If I like it I will have it painted on. I really like to stripe look but Im not so sure about on a white car, unless its white. I will update with pics soon. More info is greatly appreciated though.

powder coat them all white inside and out. If you're not washing your car every 2-3 days they're great... otherwise they'll be a nightmare to keep white.

the all white looks good. But I imagine its hell trying to keep clean. I think I am going with flat black, still may try a white stripe.

I think the stripe might actually look good. Is it just gonna be a thin stripe along the outer lip? Ive seen ppl put a stripe on the inside somehow.

yup just a thin white stripe. about 3-5mm wide.
