Default ls1 swap in 89 camaro headers?

I am doing a ls1 swap in my 89 camaro and need some headers for this project if anyone has an idea please help and is the victor jr with the edlebrock ls1 module good or should i do the msd 6sl instead

As far as the headers visit www.hawksthirdgenparts.com . They are pricey but they are the only choice of headers for us right now. You can also use stock LS1 camaro manifolds. For the ignition controller i dont have experience with either but i hear the MSD is the one to go with.

I'm using the Hawks longtubes and I love them. I got them when they were on sale for $600 which is a steal. They're worth every penny of the normal price too though. Or you can get fbody manifolds like mentioned above (which also means that 4th gen aftermarket shorty style headers work too, but it's pointless because they don't perform any better than the stock manifolds)

Stock 00 manifolds here

Hawks SSW and the shorty's are your only off the shelf header options. You can mod some SBC headers to fit with a bit of welding, but be aware most LSx engine cant breath fully short of large tube primaries so that limits your options

Several companies are in the works for a new set, but none have came through that Ive seen

I have the Hawk's Stainless Works longtube headers as well, they fit and perform well!
