Terrible day for my camaro Z28 any advise could help
How's it going? Had a bad day, this morning I was driving to work normally and I was jamming to my radio well I got to work and turn my radio down and I could heard a loud knocking noise. Got off work and yep sure enough the noise was still there so I'm thinking my my bearings went out. And yes I did have oil in there had just done the oil change. I need advise on what need parts to get to built my engine. I already have the 799 heads to put on still and want to get them ported and polished. I thinking about making straight motor but keep it streetable.

first you need to figure out where the knocking is actually coming from. it could be a valve spring. hell it could even be an exhaust leak. you can search in the tech section how to identify each. it's not too hard.
if it's a bearing your screwed, you'll need a new crank.

Yep.
Also, here is a video of mine with that spun rod bearing before I tore it down. If it sounds like this then a rebuild is in your future.

Well I had a feeling the engine was going to go bad. Before the engine when bad I would just be cursing and it would sound fine but if I got on it it made a noise kinda sounded like a fan hitting on something. It was a rainy day and I dropped it on 2nd and gave it gas well I tried to get them tires to spin (just had bought them a week ago) nitto nto1. Well got home parked it and next day I drove it to work hear the knocking and gave it gas just to make sure it waz my car and it was sounded so nasty

This is not true at all unless the motor was completely bone dry which it wouldn't have been or you have a very very shitty oil pump! You do not have to fill the filter. Unless its a remote filter or perhaps a diesel!
