Default 345 tire on a 11.5 wide wheel

Can you run a 345 tire on a 11.5 wide wheel? Have a set CCW Classics that are 18x11.5 and want to put a 345 on it. Are they going to buldge to much or does the wheel have to be 12 wide?

I have 345/30/18 BFG drag radials on 18x11 CCWs and they're fine. Not really much bulge.
