Eastern Members - just have to share my joy

well several years ago i bought my 96 z and did a stroker engine build.....years went by and i pretty much just drove the car around and got a few things here and there.....finally had the car painted a cpl months ago mainly so i wouldnt have to look at a black 3" ss hood anymore....well in the last week i bit the bullet and got rid of the tan interior and started peicing together my black trans am interior.....today got the tan interior 80% removed....did a temp spray job on my carpet to make it black till i can afford a new carpet and got the drivers seat bolted in......just the carpet and the 1 seat made a huge difference in the car and the ta lumbar leathers are so much better feeling then the camaro seats imo.....i'm so happy how the car is turning out...i'll have pics up next week when i have it all finished

Your spraying the carpet black?

I'm very curious to see pictures of it and how that came out.

camara is charging now....should have pics up later.....yeah until i can shuffle around some parts for sale and funds to buy a new carpet and floor mats spraying them seamed the the best option for now......where in rochester...i used to liveup there when i first started off with my camaro

the first pic shows the only major damage on these seats where the vinyl is seperating from the backing in a 1" spot.....all i have to do now is the b4 mentioned carpet and mats....replace a speaker grill which i must have lost between pick up and install...ans dye my stereo box and amp rack black

well after driving around trying to find speaker grills ....i tore the panels off the rear area to reinstall my back tweeters and the grill was under my speaker box.....1 more thing done.....next is to rewire the correct mirror switch and finish wiring the power antenna up

I see you have Trans AM door panels in there too, swap out some body panels and you'll have a bird on your hands instead of a camaro!
