best heads and cam combo?
I have a stock internal LS6 with LT'S, cb, 3.73's and tune and im looking to keep my cubes stock for now seeing how I'm on a budget. Im looking for something that is still street/strip and capable of either 6800-7200 rpm. Id like to get a cam with brute power over the whole curve and was wondering what some of you out there are running and suggest. Also i plan on a procharger in the future and want a cam and heads that will match well when i get it in the future. Thanks ahead of time for any insight.

Since you have LS6 engine ( 243 heads ) as a first step why not only get a cam and hit the 420-440 rwhp mark ???
Set your goal from now .. you cannot put a cam to give you a good power in the whole curve N/A and works great with forced induction ..
The cam is your engine brain .. you can change it later with the procharger setup ( Not worth $400 to leave much RWHP / RWTQ for time being )
My advise get a custom cam with what you need by Patrick G / Geoff @ EPS and keep your 243's
don't forget to choose good valvetrain

Its an A4 and with my gears, bolt ons and tune im not satisfied with my 336rwhp and was just curious what type of cams most of you run that is still somewhat streetable but revs higher. Also referring to my 243's what are those rated to hp wise? Id be happy if I could hit 430-450 rwhp with heads and cam.

a friend of mine put down 440 rwhp with stock 243's, MS3 cam and FAST 92mm intake via M6..
since you are A4 , Autos are not dyno queens !! .. they are track kings !
Even though, Patrick G & Geoff can set you up with streetable cam that will reach 400 rwhp no doubt ..
If you still thinking about spending extra bucks .. spend it on FAST 90mm or 92mm

Here is the an A4 F-Body with LS6 Stock crate engine !.. 430rwhp / 415 rwtq .. with stock LS6 intake .. I know crate motors are rated to be higher numbers due to the freshness of the engine .. so let us say 400 rwhp, that much rwtq and that nice curve is all what you need
Put in mind this cam was spec'ed to be stealth and not noticable !! .. I think you don't need to restrict your power with this and get the FAST intake .. you will be happy with that setup

I liked the link you sent stealth camaro definetly has me thinking about an EPS custom grind now.lol I've been looking around at a lot of combos and i keep coming back to trickflows heads/cam package. I believe the heads are 220cc with your choice of cam and has me considering that route over what id have to pay for a set of AFR's.
