Default Antifreeze Change

Are the gen3 family of engines like the gen1 when It comes to having a plug just above the oil pan rail on each side used to drain the block? If not, how do u drain the coolant from the block? Thanks.

Last time I checked it does not have provisions. IF your changing fluid over, just do it via the radiator while the engine is running. On a Vette or Fbody, thats the way to do it.
