Default LTX Shootout 2010 - The rest of the story.

Well, there are going to be plenty of videos and photos of the racing action. This thread is NOT that portion.

Hopefully there will be no videos of my car racing anyway. (It ran like crap due to a failing Optima battery)

I'd like to thank everyone for attending and a special thanks to Tony, Kyle and all of the volunteers that made the event possible. It is a "special breed" that keep racing these dinosaurs and you guys are truly some of the best folks in the world.

As is fairly well known, the racing is only part of what goes on at the Shootout. Here's is just a little sneak peek into some "other activities".

Mini-bike races in the hotel parking lot.

Watching the action.

We always say it's not a party unless the police are called... Well, it met the definition of a party.

By popular demand, here are a couple videos of Skizzy providing his special brand of entertainment at the after-after party.

NSFW work due to display of Skizzy's moobs and some language.

More from the after-after party:

Larry (po-po) talks to the po-po for us. Probably some kind of secret handshake was exchanged, but the Bowling Green Police were actually very reasonable.

And... next day in Texarkana. We told the Hooters girls that it was Skizzy's birthday.

Luckily we did not. However the police were thick all over I-30 and we saw a lot of other cars pulled over... to include one guy undergoing a field sobriety test and another instance where a lady was standing next to a squad car and had her hands cuffed in front (?). A few miles later I see this SUV parked on the shoulder of the opposite lanes, sitting with his brights on. I thought it was annoying and almost flashed my brights at him. Glad I didn't, as it was more po-po in a white Tahoe or Explorer, just sitting there... nearly blinding the on-coming traffic.
