He got lucky, no skill involved. Idiot.
Not going to lie though, when I am turning right onto our little local highway I kick the tail out if the other lanes are at a red light. I don't do it if it could put anyone in danger. I wouldn't consider it stupid driving, but I also wouldn't argue if I got a ticket for it one day.

^^^ exactly +2 on a empty road where I would only be endangering myself with no passengers. Plain and simple. But it would have been better if he would have hit the car, then we all would be putting an extra emphasis on the word "DUMBASS" :D
