Default ls1 in 68 firebird

I have a 2004 GTO LS1 that I am attempting to put in my 68 Firebird. First of all will the GTO oil pan fit? Next what kind of fuel assembly can I buy to use with my stock fuel tank. I do not want to buy a new tank.

Don't know about the GTO pan, but here's a link to a fuel set-up which is quite common & simple to assemble. I use it, although I bought my fuel connectors from different sources, and I'm using the Walbro 255 external pump.
My engine is a 98 LS1 which originally did not have a return line from the fuel rail.

Here's the same set-up using less expensive parts/post#4...thanks to Olly.
The entire thread is very helpful..
