I would buy what fits in your budget. I wouldn't think that the ceramics would add that much power but would definitley keep under hood temps down. What is the price difference?

if you have the money coated is the ay to go. But if you dont have the extra money then i would wrap them. High temp paint will not work if you dont bake it on like powder coat. it will flake off still. what i did on my old MIDs was get DEI thermo wrap and spray

i used 2 can of the spray and the 50 foot was good for both MID headers and a cross over tube. the long tubes may need more depending on how far down you go. but it will only save you maybe 50 buck from getting the coated headers. but when you wrp headers it cuts the heat WAY down. i do this to all my coated headers as well now and it works great. But it does VOID warrantees due to when it gets wet it reatins the water and causes the header to rust sometimes. hope this helps

if ya skimp out on headers now you'll eventually have to buy them again later on. While it saves you money right now, it will actually cost you more (probably) in the long run. just my .02
