From what happened to me I was on a dyno jet years ago and got 395hp. With no other changes went to a stang dyno and got 369hp from the same set up. When my new set up is done,i want to go to a dyno jet and see if it will gain over the stang dyno i'm on. Just to see....

Mike's experience seems typical, about 7-8% difference between a typical Mustang and a typical DynoJet.

Keep in mind that every shop can modify their dyno to read higher or lower, so there is no exact conversion that works for all. Your best bet is to use dyno numbers + trap speeds to estimate true power levels.

All depends how the dyno is set up. Some are more stingier than others.
